Alessandro Capraro is a Junior Associate in the Milan office of Alma Società tra Avvocati, within the Investment Funds and Finance teams.

Alessandro assists clients in the structuring and establishment of alternative investment schemes – including contractual and corporate frameworks – in the fields of private equity and venture capital, as well as in investments in newly established alternative investment schemes.

He also advises clients on the legal and regulatory aspects related to the ordinary management of alternative investment funds, including matters related to so-called ESG issues.

Alessandro further assists domestic clients on various matters in the field of Finance.
