Andrea Piermartini Rosi is Partner at Alma and he is part of the Corporate M&A team based in Rome.

He specialises in corporate law and tax law due to his professional background as a chartered accountant – auditor and lawyer. In the context of M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border, he therefore deals with both the corporate and M&A aspects as well as the tax aspects of the various transactions in which he is involved. Also in these contexts, he managed the prodromal aspects by coordinating the team with regard to both corporate and tax due diligence and by reviewing and signing the relevant reports.

As part of his corporate M&A and tax experience, he has also dealt with real estate and infrastructure transactions, assisting both sellers and buyers and in particular assisting real estate investment funds in the acquisition of stakes in other funds of real estate and structural assets.

He is also a member of boards of statutory auditors and in the past he served as chairman of the board of a company owning a significant property in Milan, following both the acquisition and renovation of the property, its corporate management, and its sale through share deals.
