Anna Ferrari focuses mainly on insolvency, debt restructuring and special situations.

In particular, Anna has a wealth of experience in debt restructuring transactions – through composition with creditors procedures, out-of-court procedures based on restructuring plans and debt restructuring agreements – and distressed M&A transactions, including the acquisition of distressed assets, providing assistance to banks, financial institutions, distressed companies, investment funds and industrial investors.

Over the last few years, Anna gained significant experience in the “shipping” sector advising investment funds in restructuring shipping companies’ financial indebtedness and, in this context, acquiring vessels or shipping companies.

Furthermore, Anna advises Italian and international clients in relation to extraordinary transactions (mergers and acquisitions), as well as corporate governance issues and corporate reorganizations of performing companies.
