Giusy Madeo is a junior  associate in the Banking & Financial Regulation Team in the Rome office of Alma.

Giusy graduated in 2022 with a degree in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

Giusy advises and supports banks, payment and e-money institutions, and asset management companies in all regulatory matters with a focus on anti-money laundering and compliance activities.

She also deals with regulatory and jurisprudential research in the banking and financial sector, including for the drafting of memoranda, opinions and contracts, and with the management of complaints and out-of-court advice on any disputes submitted to the Banking and Financial Arbitrator.
