Riccardo Troiano is Equity Partner at Alma and Head of the Litigation and Arbitration team.
Riccardo is an expert in arbitration, litigation, private and procedural international law, commercial law, labor law, and bankruptcy. He has also handled a wide range of international matters involving multiple jurisdictions and litigation of high economic and industrial significance, often with significant impacts in the relevant markets. He assists leading companies in the Hi-tech, Railway, Construction, Utilities, Infrastructure, Telecommunications sectors, both in the contract negotiation and structuring phase and in pre-litigation and litigation.
Riccardo has extensive experience in Mediation procedures and Arbitrations, both as a member of the Arbitration Board and as a defender.
He teaches international procedural law at the Master of International Trade Law at “La Sapienza” University in Rome.
